Three and four change with the noun

τρεις / τρίαthree, with masculine and feminine nouns / with neuter nounsThree has two forms, and you must choose. Τρεις with masculine and feminine: τρεις μέρες, τρεις άντρες, τρεις ώρες. Τρία with neuter: τρία παιδιά, τρία ευρώ. This holds in the accusative too, so Θέλω τρεις μπίρες but Θέλω τρία νερά.
τέσσερις / τέσσεραfour, with masculine and feminine nouns / with neuter nounsSame split as three. Τέσσερις with masculine and feminine: τέσσερις ώρες, τέσσερις φίλοι. Τέσσερα with neuter: τέσσερα άτομα. Spelled τέσσερις, never τέσσερεις, there is no ει in it.

τρεις φίλοι (three friends), τρία παιδιά (three children). Most other numbers never change.

Telling the time

Τι ώρα είναι;What time is it?The answer uses the feminine numbers, because η ώρα is feminine: Είναι μία. Είναι τρεις. Είναι τέσσερις. Not ένα, τρία, τέσσερα.
Είναι τρεις και μισήIt's half past threeΚαι adds minutes past, παρά takes them away. Μισή is feminine, agreeing with η ώρα, so half past one is μία και μισή.
και τέταρτο / παρά τέταρτοquarter past / quarter toΤέταρτο is neuter, το τέταρτο, a quarter of an hour, so it never changes, unlike μισή.
στις οχτώat eight o'clockAt a time is σε + τις = στις, feminine plural, because you mean the hours. One o'clock is the exception: στη μία.
